A 24-year-old pilot and model in the Big Brother Naija (BBN) reality show, Miracle Igbokwe, has been crowned winner of the competition, carting home the cash prize of N25million, an SUV and other benefits totaling N45 million during a glamorous finale in Johannesburg, South Africa, Sunday night.
Miracle who had showed traits of winning, having led the votes chart each time he was put up for possible eviction, and came tops during series of tasks since January 28, 2018 when the show opened, beats fellow finalists – Tobi Bakre, Cynthia Nwadiora, Nina Chinonso and Alexandra Asogwa.
He had earlier earned over N3million coming from winning House tasks such as Pepsi Challenge, Payporte Challenge, Close-Up Challenge, and scooped to himself, the N200, 000 wager in the last week.
He had been Head of House several times and contributed to entertaining fans with dramas, intrigues, tasks, gossips, and betrayals, while also being noted for his romance with fellow housemate, Nina throughout the 24/7-three months live broadcast.
It didn’t come to many as a surprise that he won the show, as most viewers hold the view that he was the housemate with the least tussle with other contestants, while his status as a pilot might have also endeared fans to him.
The energy was ‘double’ in the South African studio when he was brought to the sage with Cee-C. The shout of Miracle! Miracle!! Miracle!!! by supporters rent the air.
Miracle who hails from Imo State, recently graduated from the Aviation School, and entered the Big Brother Naija house with his pilot license tightly in hand.
The charming housemate who plans to use part of the N45million prize to get more aeronautic training and the rest to help his family said while canvassing for votes: “Coming here is a deal for me, winning this money is a bigger deal to me. I would use the money to go for my CPL training as a professional pilot. Help me abeg and vote for me.”
Cee-C, while canvassing for votes last week hinged her plea on some unnamed projects she will be needing the money for. “Nigerians please vote for me to win this money. I cannot give a particular reason to vote for me. I can’t say because I’m beautiful or attractive but Nigerians please vote for me. Vote for me because I have lots of projects to achieve with this money,” she stated.
Tobi on his part was going to use the money to boost his photography business.
According to the former staff of Heritage Bank, “For a 28-year-old, I have a finance background, so I know what to do with the money; I would not waste it in clubs.
“My photography, I need to expand that business because I don’t have plans of going behind the desk anytime soon. I need you guys to vote let’s get that money.”
While Nina said “I have always had the dream of becoming someone in future and this is just it. I am pleading to Nigerians, Africans to support me to achieve this dream of mine.”, Alex said “I need the money in my life to treat my dad, finish school and take care of my siblings.”
Ebuka who entered the House in an unusual manner, announced Nina’s eviction first. Her eviction was soon followed by that of Alex and Tobi, before Miracle was declared winner.
Other housemates who were earlier evicted include Vandora, Bitto, Princess, DEE-One, Angel, Ahneeka, K-Brule, Leo, Ifu Ennada, Khloe, Anto, Teddy A, Bambam, Lolu and Rico Swavey.
It was an emotional moment for fans of the show across Africa, who must have voted vigorously in the last week, raising the stake for the three top contestants.
The show which began broadcast on January 28, 2018 closed Sunday night with host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu announcing the results during a live show that had artistes including Davido with ‘Fia’, “Like That’ and “Fall” and Mr Real with ‘Legbegbe’, performing for the excited studio guests.
At a streaming center in Lagos, top celebrities, former housemates and recently evicted contestants like Lolu, Anto, Teddy A and Bambam, where part of the crowd that had ‘official’ supporters of the finalists.
The Lagos event was anchored by former BBNaija’s Housemate, Bisola Aiyeola.
Beforea large gathering of people from all walks of life, OtunbaGani Adams, yesterday mounted the saddle as the 15thAare Ona Kakanfo(Generalissimo) of Yoruba, vowing to use his position to foster the unity and peace of the Yoruba race.
But he solicited the support of all Yoruba worldwide, particularly the governors of the Yoruba states,who he said should see him as a partner in progress.
Adams,speaking moments after the conferment of the title on him by the Alaafin of Oyo,Oba LamidiAdeyemi, said challenging as the title is,he is ready to work with all traditional rulers and leaders to project the Yoruba culture to the rest of the world.
Considering himself lucky not to have come at a time of many wars like his predecessors, Adams said the challenge makes it dawn on it that more needs be done as a bridge builder.
He promised to give scholarships to promising students to promote the academic virtues of the Yoruba.
He also plans to launch an Aare Ona KakanfoFoundation to document and preserve all the traditional artefacts and virtues of all the previous holders of the title.
Adams also promised to work with all the security operatives to ensure the security of lives and property of the Yoruba states.
Hundreds of eminent Yoruba sons and daughters came from different parts of the country to witness the historic installation of the Aare Ona Kakanfo.
As early as 7.20am, most of the major roads in the town had become difficult to access due to heavy traffic.
Some guests experienced exhaustion at the narrow entrance gate to the stadium as they struggled to gain entry, while others were stampeded.
As a mark of honour and respect, shops, and markets in the ancient town were shut, while residents trooped out in large numbers to witness the installation ceremony.
Venue of the coronation was filled to brim shortly before the programme started at about 10.40 am.
The Alaafin of Oyo and the Aare Ona Kakanfo arrived the venue of the event in a horse-driven carriage at exactly 12.55pm to the heavy sound of drumming.
Their arrival threw the crowd into ecstasy, as many left their seats to have a glimpse of the chariot.
Decked in a white, flowing agbadaand a traditional white cap to match, Chief Adams sat in front while the Alaafin took the back seat of the chariot.
Governor AbiolaAjimobi of Oyo State arrived the venue at about 1.50pm .
Some of the dignitaries present at the ceremony were former governors Otunba Christopher Adebayo Alao -Akala, Chief Emmanuel Uduaghan , and Dr. Olusegun Mimiko of Oyo, Delta and Ondo states respectively, a legal luminary, Chief NiyiAkintola (SAN), Afenifere spokesman, Mr.YinkaOdumakin , Afenifere chieftain, Chief Ayo Adebanjo, and an Oyo Chief , BisiIllaka.

The leader of Oodua People’s Congress (OPC), Otunba Gani Adams, is to be installed as the 15th Aare Ona Kakanfo (generalissimo) of Yorubaland today by the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi. LEKE SALAUDEEN traces the genesis of the office, the rise and fall of the past Kakanfos and the antecedents of the new Aare.
The 19-year-old wait for Moshood Abiola’s successor as Aare Ona Kakanfo of Yoruba land ends today. The new Aare, Otunba Gani Adams, will be installed by the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi III, at Durbar ground in the historic city of Oyo. Adams is the national coordinator of Oodua People’s Congress (OPC).
Aare Ona Kakanfo was a title given to the generalissimo, the war general during the old Oyo Empire. His duty is to lead battles, fight wars, mobilise and train “soldiers” to crush enemies of Oyo Empire.
The title was introduced about 700 years ago during the reign of Alaafin Ajagbo to fortify the army of the old Oyo Empire which at one time could boast of over 100,000 horsemen. The Kakanfos have been more or less troublesome, due to the effect of the ingredients they were inoculated with. In battle fields, they carry no weapon but a weapon known as the ‘King’s Invincible staff.
Before taking office, Kakanfos of old were made to pass through rigorous spiritual exercise, including shaving the head, after which 201 incisions are made on the bald head with 201 different lacents. Specially prepared ingredients from 201 viols are rubbed into the cuts, one for each. The incisions are mainly to make the Kakanfo fearless and courageous, hence the stubborn and obstinate nature of Aare Onakakanfos.
In the days of the Oyo Empire, Oyo indigenes or residents were never made Kakanfos because the Aare was not to give way to anyone, not even the Alaafin, if the need ever arose. By the virtue of his office as the commander of the Alaafin’s army and that of the entire Yoruba nation, Kakanfos of old were required to go to war at least once in three years on the orders of the Alaafin, and the Kakanfo must return dead or alive within three months. In other words, he’s to return home a victor or be brought home as a corpse. Kakanfo’s regalia Kakanfo usually has certain ensigns: The Ojijiko, and a cap made of the read feathers of the parrots tail, with a projection behind reaching as far down as the waist, an apron of leopards skin, and leopard skin to sit on always, the Asiso or pigtail and the Staff invincible.
Past Kakanfos
The following is the list of the past 14 Aare Ona Kakanfo that had been: Kokoro Igangan from Iwoye-Ketu; Oyatope also from Iwoye; Oyabi (Ajase), Adeta (Jabata), Oku (Jabata), Afonja (Ilorin), Toyeje (Ogbomoso) Edun (Gbogan), Amepo (Abemo), Kurumi (Ijaye), Ojo Aburumaku (son of Toyeje of Ogbomoso), Latoosa (Ibadan), Ladoke Akintola (Ogbomoso) and Moshood Abiola (Abeokuta).
Whether by coincidence or design, most of them were connected with turmoil that shook Yorubaland. Afonja L’aiya L’oko (the brave warrior with the spear) of Ilorin; Kurumi of Ijaiye; Latoosa of Ibadan and Ladoke Akintola of Ogbomoso had their deaths connected to incidents of change of government. Toyeje who could have been said to have a good end suffered an ignominious treatment as Onikoyi, a provincial ruler created a parallel Aare Onakakanfo in person of Edun. As such, Toyeje had to cope with the existence of rival Kakanfo and it was only in his time that Yorubaland had two Kakanfos.
The similar fate that befell past Kakanfos obviously were more than just a coincidence. Moshood Abiola’s immediate predecessor, Ladoke Akintola, a former Premier of the Western Region, was shot dead on January 15, 1966 during a coup that marked the end of the First Republic. Armed soldiers had stormed his residence and like a true Kakanfo, Akintola did not give up without a fight. He opened fire and wounded some of the soldiers before he was eventually shot.
Otunba Gani Adams
Yorubaland will never forget Iyanda Asubiaro Latoosa of the Oke Aare fame in Ibadan. Latoosa died in the course of the 16-year Ekiti Parapo War that shook the whole of Yorubaland. Ekitis and Ijesas came together with their allies and in a desperate battle to attain independence from Ibadan, which held them under subjection for many decades. After spending years on the war front on the hills of Imesi Kiriji, Latoosa died of a broken heart in 1885. Of course by the end of the Ekiti Parapo War, the face of administration of Yorubaland changed, the Ibadan yoke was thrown off just as the British became the new masters.
Kurumi, the Aare who held sway in Ijaiye, paid dearly in the hands of the Ibadan army for insisting that Crown Prince Adelu should die with Alaafin Atiba, his father, according to the old order. His refusal to recognise Adelu as Alaafin led to his downfall as Ibadan army had aligned with the “constitution amendment”effected by Alaafin Atiba, which enabled crown princes to succeed their fathers. After a two- year war, Ijaiye was reduced by famine and the Aare eventually died a sad man having lost two of his sons in one of the battles. Till date, Ijaiye has not fully recovered from the 1870s war. Most of the inhabitants fled to Abeokuta where they took refuge in a part of the town known then as Ago-Ijaye. Many never returned as they adopted Abeokuta as home leaving Ijaye which was one of the main Yoruba towns then with the status far below the one it enjoyed in the days of old.
The case of Afonja of Ilorin was pathetic. At the zenith of his glory, he was the greatest and most powerful Yoruba ruler. His undoing was the invitation he extended to his Fulani priest to come and reside in Ilorin. It was only a matter of time before an insurrection was made against him; he eventually died by the hands of the Fulanis. With Afonja’s death came the transfer of power as Ilorin which was before then a Yoruba town went into the hands of the Fulanis. Like Ijaye, Ilorin changed; a town that was once ruled by an Aare came under the firm control of the Emir.
Those who believe the Aare Ona Kakanfo title is jinxed have traced the woes of subsequent Aares after Afonja to the curse placed on Afonja by Alaafin Aole. Aole had ordered Afonja to embark on a suicide mission by attacking Iwere-Ile, a town naturally fortified. The refusal of the Aare to carry out the orders of his sovereign led to distrust. With the help of Fulanis, Afonja instigated an attack that sacked Oyo. Before the Alaafin went to sleep eternally, he pronounced some curses after which the Yoruba nation never remained the same.
The questionable deaths that former occupants of the position suffered could have informed the earnest prayer offered by a former Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Akinyele in his book, History of Ibadan, where he prayed that nobody from Ibadan land should be made Aare Ona Kakanfo.
Though the title might have become ceremonial after the end of civil wars in Yorubaland, the change has probably not been effected in the spiritual realm.
Transformation of Gani Adams
Adams started as pro-democracy activist and turned leader of Oodua Peoples Congress (OPC). He was a part of the post-democracy movement in the 90s, as he served as the Public Relations Officer of Mushin Local Government chapter of the Campaign for Democracy (CD) in 1993. He is a foundation member of the OPC, a Yoruba nationalist organisation. He was the first deputy national coordinator and currently the national coordinator of the group. In 2000, under former President Olusegun Obasanjo, Adams was declared wanted by the police authorities for the alleged murder of Mr Afolabi Amao, a divisional police officer at the Bariga police station in Lagos. He was also accused of being behind the series of attacks carried out by members of the OPC in Lagos and other parts of the southwest. A year after he was declared wanted, Adams was arrested, paraded like a criminal and held in prisons. He was however released.
Likening his imprisonment to that of Nelson Mandela and Obafemi Awolowo, who were both political prisoners, Adams in 2015 said his offence was fighting for the interest of the Yoruba. Adams said his arrest and subsequent treatment by the police during the Obasanjo regime brought him to stardom. “I thank the former Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Mike Okiro, for declaring me wanted and subsequent arrest, because it turned out to be a blessing for me”, the OPC leader said.
Born on April, 30, 1970, at Arigidi-Akoko, the present Akoko north-west local government area of Ondo State, Adams started his education at the Army Children School, Oturkpo, Benue State, before his father moved to Lagos, where he completed his primary education at Municipal Primary School, Surulere, in 1980.
He attended Ansar-Ud-Deen Secondary School, Randle Avenue, Surulere, and later went to train in furniture making and interior decoration, which he completed in 1987. Upon completion, he was employed by an Italian construction company , Visinoni Stabilini, Apapa, Lagos. He later resigned to start his own business.
Perhaps, to hush critics who tagged him an illiterate, Adams obtained diplomas at the International Aviation School, Ghana, and the Lagos State University (LASU).

A chequered past
Since his selection was announced by the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi, a great deal of criticism came the way of the monarch’s choice. The criticism stemmed from Adams’ murky past and role in the reportedly violent OPC operations in the southwest. The critics say he lacks the refinement and pedigree to man the title of Aare Ona Kakanfo.
Explaining the rationale behind his decision on selection of Adams, however, the Alaafin said he was selected for his contributions to the promotion of the Yoruba culture. According to the monarch, the new generalissimo of Yorubaland possesses “three virtues” important to the Yoruba. Manliness, courage and patriotic zeal (not political ambition or opportunism) were the three virtues respected in Yoruba land, he said.
Apparently reacting to criticism over his choice, Adams said he was a fighter, worthy of being Aare Ona Kakanfo. “I never lobbied to become the Aare. When people felt I should be the next one, I had to consult widely, both intellectually and spiritually. I am a fighter. We must understand that death is a product of God. I have been fighting for many years and will work to promote the Yoruba agenda.
“The myth that all the Aare Ona Kakanfo ended in tragedy is not true. We shouldn’t allow such a myth to cast a shadow on the good office of the Aare Ona Kakanfo. The title is not a death knell for anybody chosen as the Aare. I am going to be a bridge- builder and promote the unity of Yoruba land. I will reach out to the people who will help to move the Yoruba race.
“My new position will moderate my radicalism, but it will not make me to compromise my principles. Let me also mention that the late Chief Gani Fawehinmi was always referring to me as generalissimo; I never paid much attention to it”.
Security agencies at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA), Lagos have impounded 17 check-in luggage belonging to musician David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido in the Nigerian entertainment industry.
The seizure followed an alleged attack by one of the musician’s aides on Aviation Security (AVSEC), Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) and Checkport personnel at the airport upon his arrival from a foreign trip on Thursday evening.
The Nation gathered that trouble started when Checkport staff at the baggage reclaim area attempted to verify whether the tags on Davido’s luggage corresponded with the reclaimed luggage.
But, the enquiry of the personnel did not go down well with one of Davido’s aides who refused to tender the tags and resorted to abusive words against the staff.
What followed,according to sources,was a punch in the face on a Checkport staff by the aide.
A Customs personnel who rushed to the scene also got punched in the face by the aide.
The situation soon degenerated and the security personnel called for reinforcement.
The aide was overpowered and was then taken to ‘Tango City’ a secluded at the airport where unruly passengers and touts are kept by security agencies.
At ‘Tango City’ the aide reportedly continued his attack on two AVSEC personnel, one of them a female lady who was writing her report, and the other,a Customs official who was injured on his wrist.
It was at this point that the attention of Davido who was already outside the terminal awaiting the collection of his luggage from his aide was called to the terminal incident.
Attempt by Davido to get his luggage released was rebuffed by security agents who insisted on taking the detained aide to Criminal Investigation Department (CID), Panti , Lagos.
The 17 seized luggage were still at the airport yesterday while effort was being made to transfer the aide to CID, Panti.
The source close to the scene of the incident said: “Davido had arrived Lagos Airport as usual with about 17 luggage in all. The rule is that whenever you arrive, you are expected to release your tags to the Checkport staff for confirmation and verification, but rather than comply with the simple rule, one of his aides insisted he won’t allow them to check the tags.
“But, unfortunately, this aide refused to be checked and rather than obey the simple civil aviation rule, he resorted to attacks on everybody. He attacked no fewer than four officials with at least two of them soaked in blood.”

The flow of love in Nigeria’s music industry still continues
as “Manya” crooner Wizkid is set to reciprocate the love shown by Davido
at his recently held concert, Wizkid The Concert, held at Eko Hotel.
In as much as Davido’s appearance at Wizkid’s concert came as a
surprise to many music lovers, it has also signaled a very historic end
to the unhealthy rivalry between both artistes.
On stage at Wizkid’s concert, the atmosphere was lit as both artistes
teamed up to perform Davido’s hit song “FIA”. In the aftermath of the
event, both artistes have shown love to each other on social media while
Wizkid declared his presence at Davido’s forthcoming “30 Billion
Concert” in Lagos on the 27th December, 2017.
The Starboy Records boss who signed a 10-year-old boy at his concert commented on Davido’s post about the event which read;
Oluwatosin Shola-Shittu, 22, an undergraduate of Elizade University,
Ilara-Mokin, Ondo State, emerged the new winner of the Queen Moremi
Ajasoro Beauty Pageant in the early hours of Monday, the News Agency of
Nigeria reports.
The new queen emerged at the grand finale of the show held in Lagos
after a 10-day camp at the Grand Resort, in Ile-Ife, Osun State.
NAN reports that Shola-Shittu, an Automotive Engineering
undergraduate, took over the reign from the first and outgoing queen,
Blessing Animashun.
Animahaun, a 600-level Dental-Surgery student of the University of
Ibadan, was crowned by the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, in 2016 in
Ile-Ife.
NAN also reports that 28 contestants slugged it out at the final
following the eviction of 13 candidates that went for the training at
Ile Ife.
NAN also reports that 41 candidates were shortlisted out of the 500 that obtained forms to participate in the event.
The contest, sponsored by the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, was
open to young ladies from ages 18 years to 25 years, of which at least
one of their parents must be of Yoruba lineage from Ogun, Osun, Oyo,
Ekiti, Lagos, Ondo, Kwara and Kogi States.
Oba Ogunwusi, who is the grand patron of Queen Moremi Ajasoro,
presented to the new queen a N5 million investment fund and a brand new
saloon car.
He also pronounced her the Cultural Ambassador to his throne for one year.
Responding, the 500-level undergraduate told NAN that she was
overwhelmed by the results because she saw it as a reward for hard work.
Shola-Shittu said: “I feel great, I am short of words because I see
myself as a testimony for hard work, it proved that nothing can be
achieved without hard work and determination.”
The new queen said she would focus on the upliftment of the younger generation as soon as she assume office.
She said: “I am kicking off with projects for school children and
youths, I have a tour-to-schools programme where I will encourage the
pupils on the essence of hard work, teach them that nothing can be
achieved without patience and hard work.”
The Heritage ambassador to QMA, Princess Ronke Ademiluyi, while
presenting the new queen to the Ooni, said the House of Oduduwa project
was an empowerment for young girls who might have thought all hopes were
lost.
Ademiluyi said: “The foundation is concerned about the lots of young
ladies who might be victims of human trafficking, rape, assault and
gender discrimination and finds alternative for their survival.
The House Of Oduduwa also honoured some distinguished personalities
with Outstanding Achievement Awards at the colourful and cultural
oriented event.

Nigerian pop star, Kiss Daniel is currently
embroiled in a legal battle with his erstwhile record label,
G-Worldwide. Their case is already in court and the media is filled with
reports, insinuations, court documents and some facts.
Since
the story broke, LIB has been digging and talking to both parties
involved and while the key players are avoiding the media as well as
being quoted, their aides and sources close to them are talking.
Our investigations revealed that contrary to the denials by
G-Worldwide in the press, Kiss Daniel was actually placed on a monthly
salary of 30,000 per month all through the success of his hit single
'Woju'.
A highly placed source who spoke to LIB on condition of anonymity said,
'from
the beginning of his contract (a 7 years and 5 album contract) he
wasn't placed on any percentage rather Kiss Daniel was placed on a
monthly salary of 30,000 (thirty thousand naira) up until 'Woju' remix
was released then it was later increased to 50,000 (fifty thousand
naira) before he insisted on a review of his contract in 2015 and by the
second quarter of 2015 he began to receive 40% of his performance fees.
All the while he was collecting 30k, the boy already had a monster hit song 'Woju' and was raking in millions of naira'. We
asked for specifics to be sure of the period Kiss Daniel stopped
collect 50,000 naira as salary and our source said, 'I really can't
place the date but I'm sure he was on that salary till after the release
of 'Laye'.
The song 'Laye' was released in May 2015
Our investigations also revealed that Kiss Daniel though wasn't legally
barred from collaborations, his record label vehemently stood against
it, 'the label categorically banned him from doing collaborations and
made it look like he's the one avoiding it.
Or have you also
seen his label mate, Sugarboy on any collaborations? The industry can
testify to it, i won't mention names but we all know. All the superstars
who came to support Kiss Daniel at his album listening party, he
couldn't payback the favour when they needed him because the label
prevented him from doing so.
Basketmouth even had to block him
on Instagram because Kiss was supposed to do a show for him but his
label refused and Basketmouth got angry thinking Kiss Daniel was the one
playing games with him'.
We further learnt that the relationship
between Kiss Daniel and his record label was filled with so much
tension, hate, frustration and animosity as our source revealed that,
'Kiss Daniel couldn't even make it to his own father's burial because
his label threatened him'.
We asked how? and they said, 'on the
day of his father's burial, he already had a show that was booked and
his label told him they don't care about his father's burial but he had
to attend the show else he'll get sued.
At that time, Kiss
Daniel was still on a monthly salary of 50,000 and two days before his
father's death, his kid brother was also involved in accident that left
him unconscious for weeks. The label only gave him 200,000 to buy

observers noted the hoops and hurdles Ford set up to manage its
relationship with the high-end clientele club.
Actor John Cena took delivery of a custom 2017 GT in September, then
sold the coupe not even a month later — an audacious violation of the
purchase contract he signed, which bound owners to hold onto their cars
for at least two years.
For such treason, Ford sued Cena in U.S. District Court last week, seeking more than $75,000 in damages.
Cena paid $466,376.50 for the liquid blue coupe with the “Dark
Energy” interior and made a video about taking delivery of the car
around September 23.
Not long after that love-fest, sometime around October 20, the GT had a new owner.
Ford called Cena a few days later when it heard about the sale, and said Cena breached the agreement.
The ex-WWE wrestler is alleged to have later texted Ford, “I
completely understand and as stated, I’m willing to work with you and
Ford to make it right.
“My sincerest apologies,” and explained the sale was “for cash to take care of expenses.”
Ford’s lawsuit alleges Cena never made it right, after snagging “a handsome profit.”
Ford wants restitution for that profit, for “damages and losses,
including, but not limited to, loss of brand value, ambassador activity,
and customer goodwill due to the improper sale,” and for an attorney
and court costs.
The whole situation is kind of kooky, considering Cena’s car collection numbers roughly 22 cars, one of them a 2006 Ford GT.
Kiss Daniel through his lawyers yesterday replied his record
label who had filed an injunction against him at a Federal High Court.
According to Kiss Daniel and his team, they had not been served any
letters or court documents. Now, his former label has fired back saying
Kiss Daniel and his team are trying to mislead the public with

An unnamed female companion of Tupac, who would be shot dead six
years later, said the then up-and-coming rapper was fond of dropping his
trousers at parties.
“On this particular night, when a friend was about to take (a)
group shot, he did it again! She told him that she was going to zoom in
if he didn’t pull his pants up fast, but he just smiled at her and
didn’t budge,” said the posting on auction site Gotta Have Rock and
Roll.
She asked for $7,500 for the picture but did not
receive that much in an initial round of bidding. The sale comes as the
same auction house is embroiled in a legal fight over its sale of
intimate items from Madonna, including her underwear and a breakup
letter from Tupac, who dated the pop superstar late in his life.
A judge halted the auction after Madonna charged that it invaded her
privacy. Most of the items came from an art dealer who helped her pack a
house and later fell out with the singer.
